Additional person fee (above 2-person occupancy): $20.00/person

Room deposit: 50% for two (2) nights or more; 100% for single night stays
Pet deposit (non-refundable): $35.00 (up to three dogs—additional fees for four or more dogs)

REFUNDS
You will receive a complete refund if you cancel your reservations two weeks ahead of your scheduled arrival date. Your down payment is non-refundable if you cancel your reservations less that two weeks in advance.
